Use the search bar on Consulatnts’ page for typing in a name of a consultant, if you are specifically looking for someone to book a session with, or type keywords – skills and competencies that you need to solve your queries, select a category and available options will be displayed for you.

You need to register yourself as a user at Consultida, to book a consultation. You need a valid Gmail account for that. After selecting a consultant for a session, you need to select date, time and desired duration and make an easy online payment through our trusted payment partner system. Once the payment is successful, you will receive the booking confirmation on your email and an appointment invitation from the consultant with a Google Meet link. After you accept the invitation by clicking “Yes”, it will be added to your Google calendar. Your bookings are also listed at the appointments section on Consultida.com under your profile photo.

No. Consultations and webinars take place through Google Meet – a high quality video conferencing tool available for everyone with a valid Gmail account for free, on any device. By simply clicking the link you received after booking a consultation / webinar, you can join an online video conference from your computer using any modern web browser or for mobile devices, you can use Google Calendar app. Here are detailed instructions of how to make best out of using Google Meet.

After booking a consultation, you receive an appointment invitation in your Gmail inbox sent by a consultant. You can either accept it, or click “more options” and “propose a new time” to reschedule the invitation, once you and the consultant agree on a new date and time that is convenient for both of you.

We hope it is never a case, but you can open a dispute at Consultida anytime and share your complaints. Our dispute team will discuss your claim and you will get a partial or a full refund.
